We also focus on refractories made of magnesium products. Magnesium is an important raw material for making refractories, Magnesite refractory is a kind of refractory with magnesite, magnesia in seawater and dolomite as raw materials, magnesia as the main crystal phase and magnesium oxide content of over 80%. It belongs to alkaline refractory material. Refractory materials are widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, silicate, mechanical manufacturing, power and other industrial fields. Magnesia refractory has been widely used in metallurgical industry due to its high fire resistance, high temperature strength and resistance to alkaline slag corrosion.
We usually divide refractories into shaped refractories and unshaped refractories. We said the shaped refractories are usually a variety of specifications of refractory bricks. Magnesia firebrick refers to firebrick with magnesia as raw material, magnesia as the main crystal phase. According to the temperature and usage characteristics of different positions, we will recommend different firebrick materials to customers. The main categories are: Magnesia Carbon Brick, Magnesia Calcium Brick, Magnesia Dolomite Brick, Magnesia Chrome Brick and Magnesite Brick. Raw materials of magnesium is our traditional industries. The products are Caustic Calcined Magnesite and Dead Burnt Magnesite. Magnesite calcination at 750-1100 ℃ temperatures according to "light" burning, its product called Caustic Calcined Magnesite, referred to as light burning powder because burn, generally about 50%, reducing magnesite so by lighter to burn, MgO style content in the ore is almost double. In this sense, light burning is the most effective means of MgO enrichment. In addition, light firing is also a preparation for magnesite hot separation and some heavy separation. Light burned magnesium has high activity and is an ideal raw material for producing high density magnesia. Caustic Calcined Magnesite mainly produces cementitious materials, such as magnesium-containing cement. Thermal insulation and sound insulation building materials, also can be used as ceramic raw materials. After the chemical treatment of light burned magnesium, various magnesium salts can be made and used as raw materials in medicine, rubber, artificial fiber and paper making. Magnesium Oxide, most of the metallurgical refractory, used in the manufacture of magnesia bricks. Chrome-magnesia brick, magnesia powder, metallurgical powder and electro-fused magnesia are mainly used for smelting special alloy steel. Middle and high frequency induction furnace lining and magnesium crucible for nonferrous and precious metals. It can also be used as high-temperature electrical insulation material. Dead burnt magnesium is a kind of chemical substances, is refers to the magnesite in 1800 ℃ calcination, carbon dioxide completely escape, magnesium oxide periclase formed dense block. This re-fired magnesium has a high fire resistance. Its main component is magnesium oxide, selected from natural super magnesite through flotation purification, light burning, fine grinding, high pressure ball, ultra-high temperature calcined oil shaft kiln. It is the raw material for making bricks and producing unshaped refractory materials, and the finished products are used in steelmaking, electric furnace bottom and ramming furnace lining.
