The product is characterized by fine grain size, high magnesium content and stable activity quality. In particular, we use special technology and equipment in powder surface modification, so that our cable filler has a good dispersion and compatibility.

Even in the case of flame barbecue, as long as the flame temperature is lower than the melting temperature of copper, the cable can continue to use without replacement after the elimination of the flame. No toxic fumes or gases are produced when grilled by flames.
2) strong overload protection when the line is overloaded, as long as the heat does not reach the melting point of copper, the cable will not be damaged. Even if the instantaneous breakdown, the magnesium oxide crystal at the breakdown will not form carbide, and the cable performance will not change after the overload is eliminated, and the cable can continue to be used normally.
3) high temperature due to the insulating layer of magnesium oxide crystal melting point temperature is much higher than the melting point of copper, thus highest working temperature is 250 ℃, the cable can be close to the melting point of copper in the short term to continue running under temperature of 1083 ℃.
4) good anti-corrosion and explosion-proof performance since seamless copper pipe is used as the sheath, Magnesium Oxide cable is waterproof, moisture, oil and some chemical damage performance, copper pipe has considerable mechanical strength, so it has good explosion-proof performance.
5) long service life Magnesium Oxide cable is all made of inorganic materials, so there is no aging insulation, service life can reach more than 3 times of ordinary cable.
6) with greater flexibility in laying Magnesium Oxide cable, it can be laid on the bridge with ordinary cable, and special support surface coating can also be used, which is more flexible than ordinary cable laying, and saves the investment of cable bridge, and can reduce the overall project cost.
